Snacks
Each week we provide a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and a healthy source of carbohydrates. Through our Blossom app, parents and carers are kept fully informed about the snacks we will be offering.
Fresh water is available throughout the day, and each child is encouraged—at their own developmental level—to independently refill their own water bottle. This not only keeps them hydrated but also helps build confidence and self-help skills.
Snack times offer a wonderful opportunity for children to access and explore nutrient-dense foods. Providing healthy snacks to babies and toddlers is essential for supporting good nutrition, developing positive eating habits, and encouraging them to try a range of flavours and textures.
By offering balanced snacks between meals, we help maintain steady energy levels throughout the day, support lifelong healthy eating habits, and ensure children don’t become overly hungry or upset.
